The method of separating the oil mist from crankcase fumes is not good on this engine. As soon as the pistons and bores start to wear, the extra crankcase fumes it produces carry oil mist into the breather system, a hose connected to one of the side plates below thernmanifold running into the air cleaner - hence the drip.
