Bringing cruising to all

The boats madadam butterfly and dawn are not quite my boats. Rather, they belong to the charity Accessible Boating which operates from Odiham along the Basingstoke Canal. Their story starts back in 1985 when I was elected Chairman of Hart District Council, Hampshire, and wanted to raise money for something that would interest and involve people from all across the district.
