IWA: 'we don't support spying'

Following comments by the outgoing Chairman Clive Henderson and by IWA West Midlands Region Chairman (and CRT Council Member representing boaters) Vaughan Welch apparently encouraging the reporting of overstaying, the IWA has restated its support for continuous cruising and said enforcement is down to CRT.
