BREAKFAST BREAD PUD

Alazy Sunday late breakfast is always a treat - and an all too rare one in our family. Sometimes it feels like a faff to try to cook anything too complex and it's all too easy to default to toast and cereal. I took inspiration for this dish from Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond. This homely housewife is a regular on the Food Network, though the kids like watching it for the cowboys and ranch work more than for the cooking.
