Cooking on board Star over these cold snaps has made me very aware of just how much condensation the whole process of cooking generates. To reduce the condensation and try to cut back on the use of expensive bottled gas, I thought I would try using a pressure cooker. According to my research, it would cut cooking times by a third and produce little or no condensation. Result!
