Once again AT&T 6/26 postponed a full-scale launch of IPTV, opting instead to limit the commercial debut of its long-anticipated U-Verse video service in San Antonio, TX, to just 5,000 customers at first. Moreover, the telco is pricing a service on par with local cable offers.
