Atlantic Broadband 2/20 announced plans to amend and restate its existing $445 mil. facility with a new $525 mil. facility. The new credit facility increases the amount of the Term Loan B due 2012 by $110 mil., to $435 mil., and includes a $90 mil. revolver due 2010.
