But the next measure for moving up the ladder may be global IQ.rnResearchers at Thun-derbird School of Global Management have developed a 91-ques-rntion exam to assess employees' "global mindset." Managers at Intel China, LG Electronics, Raytheon, and others are currently using it as arnself-assessment tool to determine how likely they are to thrive in global roles, according to Mansour Javidan, the professor who designed the study.
