PURPOSE: A real time IQ test method and a system thereof are provided to supply an easy IQ test environment through a PC or a mobile terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A base station(140) transmits and receives data with a mobile terminal(100). A WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) gateway(160) enables the mobile terminal to transceive a document with another protocol in a wireless internet based on WAP. A WEB/WAP server(300) transceives data with a PC(120) or the mobile terminal. A DB server(310) stores user information and data of the PC or the mobile terminal.
