By almost any measure, the economy is gradually getting stronger. It's not enough to bring down the unemployment rate that fast, but it's stronger. The stuff that's still weak is construction [and] housing, obviously. Is China letting its currency rise fast enough? China's moving against the dollar at a pretty significant pace in real terms, but against the world on average, they're sort of flat. So those economies look at what's happened the last six months or so and they say, "We want to make sure we don't get dis-advantaged by whatever China and the United States work out together." So we have broader support for [our] basic agenda.
