Yahool's $1.1 billion acquisition of Tumblr comes as the blog platform is trying to wring revenue from its impressive traffic. One hitch: A sixth of Tumblr's pages include some kind of adult content, according to tracking firm PrivCo. Traffic-measurement firm SimilarWeb says that among referrals-direct links from websites excluding search engines-more visitors arrive at Tumblr via porn sites than from any other kind of source.
