PURPOSE: A Yahoo bell is provided to store a voice recorded through an ARS in a communication server, download the stored voice to user's own mobile communication terminal, and reproduce the voice stored in a memory. CONSTITUTION: A recorded voice file is automatically compressed(106), and the compressed voice is stored in a communication server(107). Record stored in the communication server is transmitted to a billing system(108), and a bill is transmitted(113). A voice provider selects a Yahoo bell menu among menus of voice provider's own communication terminal(110), and inputs a telephone number of voice provider's own communication terminal to connect to the communication server. The stored voice file is downloaded to the voice provider's own communication terminal(111) to store the voice file in a memory(112). The stored voice file is reproduced according to an external termination signal.
