Erfolgsfaktoren der Applikationsintegration

In dem vorliegenden Beitrag werden wesentliche Erfolgsvoraussetzungen für die Applikationsintegration identifiziert und empirisch überprüft. Der Erfolg der Applikationsintegration kann dabei durch das Erreichen der Ziele Qualität der Geschäftsprozessunterstützung, Zufriedenheit der Fachanwender, Kosten der Applikationsintegration, unternehmerische Flexibilität und Time-to-Market bei der Einführung und Integration neuer Anwendungen gemessen werden. Folgende Erfolgsvoraussetzungen wirken positiv auf den Erfolg der Applikationsintegration: 1. Unternehmensweites Architekturmanagement; 2. Business-IT-Alignment; 3. Organisation der Integration; 4. Vorgehensmethodik; 5. Serviceorientierte Architektur; 6. Konsolidierung von Applikationen; 7. Standardisierung der Integrationsinfrastruktur; 8. Technische Qualität der Integrationsinfrastruktur. Da kein dominierender Faktor identifiziert werden kann, ist eine ausgewogene Berücksichtigung aller Faktoren anzustreben.%In this paper success factors for application integration are identified. Furthermore, the factors are confirmed using structural equation modeling. Success is measured using five goal indicators: quality of process support, business satisfaction, application integration costs, architectural flexibility and time-to-market. All factors discussed - architecture management, business-IT alignment, organization of integration, integration methodology, service oriented architecture, consolidation of applications, standardization and technical quality of integration infrastructures - show positive impact on application integration success. Since no dominant factor could be identified, a balanced implementation of all success factors is recommended.
