Eight bidders have been shortlisted to buy Arriva's Germany-wide bus and train business from new parent company Deutsche Bahn amid signs that the company could change hands for more than €400million (£347million) (Buses last month).rnDB has refused to comment, but the German-language edition of the Financial Timesrnreports that the frontrunners include French-owned Veolia and Keolis (the latter owned by state railway SNCF) and Abellio, owned by the Dutch NS state railway, and that Danish railway DSB has teamed up with financial investor EQT to bid for the operations.
