Turkish notice that looks all Creek to me

Leon Goves, on holiday from Salford, spotted this notice in a bus shelter in Ovacik, south-west Turkey. He tells me it explains that buses on this stretch of road finish early evening while those on the main road run later. It may be about as comprehensible as some locally translated fire escape instructions in foreign hotels, but spare a thought for Turkish visitors to the UK. Would they make any more sense of some of our timetables and the information they contain?
