It started with Post Office models

Great Bookham, Surrey retailer Roxley Models, founded in 1986 by father and son Frank and Simon Rice-Oxley, combines Frank's interest in Post Office vehicles and buses, and Simon's interest in model railways and diecast models. It has expanded from Post Office vehicle models and classic Dinky/ Corgi models and in 1988 began producing its own range of 1:48-scale handbuilt Diecast Post Office vehicles.
