There is perhaps a tendency for websites to be concerned about appearance rather than content. Transport operators are sometimes guilty, ably demonstrated by the number of clicks and screens that you have to pass through before revealing a timetable. So it is refreshing to find a website that enables all timetables to be reached with a single click from the home page. The spare time creation of two bus industry professionals, Mike Edwards and Gary Llewellyn, who cheerfully acknowledge their limited IT skills. The impetus for the project was their own experience in dealing face-to-face with customers. The local council, Telford & Wrekin, provides fairly limited information about public transport. There is no map, for example, while the section headed 'Timetables' merely provides a link to Arriva but ignores the small number of other operators running in the area.
