GRC Prioritizes R&D

At the Jan. 30, 2003 meeting of the Geothermal Resources Council (GRC) Board of Directors, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) representatives Jay Nathwani and Joel Renner (Idaho National Engineering & Environmental Laboratory - Idaho Falls, ID) asked for assistance in providing comments and recommendations from the geo-thermal community on the current and future direction of DOE's Geothermal Research and Development (R&D) Program. Subsequently, GRC Board Member Dr. Sabodh Garg (SAIC - San Diego, CA) accepted the responsibility of fulfilling the task by seeking input from the organization's membership.
