The present invention relates to an atypical panel mold, a GRC panel manufacturing method using the same, and a GRC exterior panel capable of increasing operation reliability of a device with a simple composition and a manufacturing method, and increasing productivity of the product by solving work inconvenience. The atypical panel mold comprises a base plate (11) having a constant area, a plurality of control supports (12), an extension plate (14) and a casting sheet (13). The plurality of control supports (12) are installed on the base plate (11) and control heights with a manual operation. The extension plate (14) is formed in a disk shape having a constant area which is rotatably combined with an upper end of the plurality of control supports (12). A magnetic substance is impregnated in a disk. A magnetic substance (16) is attached to the extension plate (14). The casting sheet (13) is manufactured by a flexible material having a constant area to be in contact with an upper surface of the extension plate (14), and combines magnetism with the extension plate (14).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
