In the January/February GRC Bulletin we reported on the commencement of geothermal exploration on the Caribbean island of Dominica. The Dominica Geothermal Project has since announced it has officially tested its third well in the Roseau Valley with "excellent results." Will Osborne of the Geothermal Resource Group and GRC member, gave an update, reported in the Caribbean Journal on July 2. "It looks very strong so far," said Will. "The potential, I would guess, is about a couple of megawatts at least, but it's only partially open.
