In the January/February GRC Bulletin we reported that the San Jacinto-Tizate Nicaragua project's Phase I expansion went into commercial operation on January 9.Ram Power Corporation announced on June 7 that San Jacinto-Tizate project's Phase II, 36 MWe net expansion is 75 percent complete. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2012, and a commercial operation date of December 2012 is planned.
