This edition of your Bulletin has a special focus on Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) with a number of contemporary articles covering a wide range of subject matter. Subjects covered, include: cooperative arrangements between neighbouring countries in the establishment and" operation of a temporary VTS; the legal framework for VTS in Australia; European Union projects leading to new VTS technology and applications; introduction of the International Hydrographic Organizations' standard S-200 in VTS and the World VTS Guide.
