Recent performances of the soft X-ray crystal monochromator stations BL-2A and BL-11B with new focusing mirrors at the Photon Factory

Recent performances of the soft X-ray crystal monochromator stations with new mirrors at the Photon Factory are described. About 10~(11) photons/s of 2-4 keV in a spot of about 1 mm x 1 mm are now available with a high resolution (E/ΔE > 5000) at the undulator station BL-2A. While the dipole-magnet station BL-11B is suitable for EXAFS measurements on Si, P, S, and Cl K-edges, where the reflectivity and stability of the first mirror have been improved.
