光子晶体结构中HPEI-CdS量子点的荧光性能研究

     

摘要

先采用原位合成法制备超支化聚乙烯亚胺(HPEI)包覆的CdS(HPEI-CdS)量子点;再将HPEI-CdS量子点与丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺水凝胶聚合物前驱液混合均匀,采用毛细力渗透法填充到聚苯乙烯光子晶体模板中,通过热引发聚合得到H PEI-CdS量子点/凝胶光子晶体复合材料,并采用扫描电镜、光纤光谱仪、固体荧光分光光度计等对材料进行了表征.结果表明,HPEI-CdS量子点/凝胶光子晶体复合材料具有光子晶体的三维面心立方结构和光子带隙特征,通过控制光子带隙的大小和量子点的填充量可以调节光子晶体结构中HPEI-CdS量子点的荧光性能.%Firstly ,We prepared hyperbranched polyethyleneimine(HPEI)-coated CdS(HPEI-CdS) quantum dots by an in-situ synthesis method .Secondly ,we embedded HPEI-CdS quantum dots together with hydrogel polymer precursor solution w hich consisted of acrylic acid ,acrylic amide ,ammonium persulfate ,and N ,N′-methylenebisacrylamide into polystyrene photonic crystal template v ia a capillary force permeation method .Fi-nally ,we obtained HPEI-CdS quantum dots/hydrogel photonic crystal composites by thermal polymerization , and characterized the structure by scanning electron microscopy ,fiber spectrometer ,and solid fluorescence spec-trophotometer .The results show that HPEI-CdS quantum dots/hydrogel photonic crystal composites possess a three-dimensional photonic crystal with face-centered cubic structure and photonic band gap characteristics ,the fluorescence properties of HPEI-CdS quantum dots can be adjusted by controlling the photonic band gap and quantum dots amount.
