Steady demand for ores has helped the Port of Hamburg retain its position as Germany's biggest universal port.rnThe last week of August saw the port's Hansaport terminal unload almost 149,000t of ore from the bulk carrier RUBENAN, 120,000t from the bw fjord and a further 75,000t from APOSTOLOS.On 1 September the rubin power replaced the apostolos at the terminal's Salzgitterkai berth, with 70,000t of ore to unload.
