Aumund Foerdertechnik has reported the delivery of eight belt bucket elevators to Base Titanium Ltd on contract by the Australian equipment manufacturer Ausenco Ltd. In Kenya, Base provides services for titanium mining with the Kwale Mineral Sands Project. To realise this enterprise, it ordered a separation processor for minerals at Ausenco Ltd. Presently, the complex is being installed at Kwale, a 56 km2 area, about 50 km south of the port of Mombasa and 10 km away from the Indian Ocean.
