Lendlease scoops White City work

Lendlease has been appointed as construction manager for the refurbishment of three buildings at White City Place - the former BBC media village in west London. The combined contract value is worth £80m and Lendlease said further works are currently being finalised for £7m of landscaping. The buildings to be refurbished are Westworks, Mediaworks, and Garden House, which will provide 600,000ft~2 of commercial office space for rent. The project is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2017.
