Lord Prior replaces Jesse Norman as construction minister

Former Lehman Brothers associate Lord Prior has been appointed by the government as its new construction minister. The Conservative peer replaces Jesse Norman, who moves on after less than six months in the role to become energy minister. Lord Prior was appointed under secretary of state at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) last month.
