Yau Lee secured $540 million HKHA construction contract

Yau Lee Construction was awarded a construction contract by Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA). The contract involves the construction of Public Rental Housing at Shek Kip Mei Estate Phase 2 (Contract No. 20080070). The contract comprises mainly the construction of two 39-storey Domestic Blocks (totaling 1,558 residential units) on a 2-storey podium accommodating ancillary facilities, one 8-storey welfare retail block, carpark, and all associated drainage and external works.rnThis twenty-nine months contract is worth approximately HK$540 million, with expected completion date by the end of November 2011.
