Heya Green is one of the five new private residential projects developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society in Sham Shui Po district. The introduction of 'Green in the air' landscape design concept makes it possible that every unit will have an environmentally friendly balcony. Adopting a twin tower design, a total of 327 residential units are available from 567 to 777 square feet GFA, with 2- and 3-bedroom configurations. Each tower has 36 storeys. The architectural design and selection of building materials of Heya Green follow strict environmental protection guidelines and the project is initially qualified for the HK-BEAM Platinum certification. The residence clubhouse 'Club Heya'has a glass facade which allows maximum infiltration of natural light into the interior in order to minimize the need of artificial lighting.
