The architectural design and selection of building materials of Heya Green follow strict environmental protection guidelines for the HK-BEAM Platinum certification. The development has a residence clubhouse and a wide range of recreational facilities are provided, including outdoor swimming pool, sports court, children playroom, reading room, games room, gym and landscaped garden. The project is designed by Dennis Lau and Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers (HK) Ltd and the main contractor is CR Construction Co Ltd.
