Firms axed as Leeds plans shrink

Hcatherwick Studio, John McAslan & Partners, Farrells and US practice Jcrde have heen ditched from a ￡600 million regeneration scheme in Leeds after it was scaled back. The Eastgate scheme originally won planning back in 2008 and ran across 135,000sq m, but developer Hammerson mothballed it because of the recession.
