Competition launched for Museum of London pavilion

The Architecture Foundation has launched a design competition to create a temporary structure outside the Museum of London. The £15,000 House of Muses project will serve as a space in which small groups can learn about and comment on the museum's vision for its future. The structure will be launched during the opening weekend of the London Festival of Architecture in June and remain up until the end of the London Design Festival in September. Competitors will be expected to suggest future uses for the structure, which will initially be erected in the forecourt of the museum which is part of the Barbican complex.
