St. John's on the Lake in downtown Milwaukee is a forward-thinking independent senior living facility that combines the energy of the city with lakefront leisure. Designed by Perkins Eastman and Continuum Architect + Planners, the 21-story, 88-unit tower emphasizes holistic wellness and healthy living with a hospitality-branded bistro, art gallery, spa, and community performance/multipurpose space for residents. Seven typical units and a signature penthouse floor with four specially designed units comprise the living spaces, with floor plans ranging from 1,092 to 2,285 sf. Swimming and therapy classes are available in the indoor pool; a glass wall looks out on Lake Michigan.
