Chondromyxoid fibroma is a rare benign tumour (less than 1 % of all bone tumours). The first description was by Jaffe and Lichtenstein in 1948. It typically affects young adults and has a tendency to involve the proximal metaphysis of the long bones, particularly the femur and tibia. Its appearance in the craniofacial bones is rare and most reported cases had occurred in the mandible and the maxilla. We present a case of Chondromyxoid fibroma in the frontal sinus that caused destruction of the frontal bone.
