Formation of compartments in the neck to facilitate suction drainage during transfer of free flaps

摘要

A method of surgical compartmentalisation of the neck is reported. This technique can be used in order to maintain suction drainage withoutrncompromising the flow of the anastomoses when an end-to-side technique in the internal jugular vein is used.
