Addy won the Made With Alcohol category and ultimately, the Professional Champion title with his Chocolate & Amaretto creation. He entered the same recipe last year and didn't win, but with some strategic recipe tweaks, his entry bowled judges over this time around. "I saw the competition online and thought it looked like a challenge to test myself, and maybe win, which I did!" says Addy. "I was so shocked and surprised, because I entered last year and, even though I got into the final, I didn't win.
