Artisan bakery and cafe Peyton and Byrne has appointed Deloitte to help it consider its options for the future of the business. The bakery has expanded its stores across London this summer - opening up a fifth outlet at Kew Gardens next month, The Botanical, to add to its seven-strong London bakery portfolio. A spokesman for the group, which is backed by the Business Growth Fund, told The Times: "Deloitte are working with the board of Peyton and Byrne - at its request - to help them consider strategic options for the future."
