The NL series of heat exchanger plates from Kelvion are well suited for the cooling of strongly-hopped worts due to their gap width. At the same time, this heat exchanger has the same characteristics as the N series, which has proven itself in breweries -for example, for pre-heaters, yeast coolers and pasteurizers: stable frames, easy assembly, reliable gaskets, compressive strength, and resistance to temperature and pressure fluctuations as well as pressure shocks. Breweries that want to produce craft beers as well as other types will find that the NL series provides the right components when flexibility and efficient cooling are required. Kelvion has expanded its product range with the larger NL100M since December 2019.
