Jeffrey Ladd

Jeffrey Ladd is a passionate student of the history of photography, and the photo book has played a seminal role in his pursuit of knowledge. A photographer for over twenty years, he studied at the School of Visual Arts and has worked as a printer for photographers such as Gilles Peress and Elliott Erwitt. He teaches at ICP, the International Center of Photography, and his own work has been exhibited in galleries and museums around the world. Ladd has steeped himself in the history of the medium and has created a site called 5B4: Photography and Books, dedicated to the discussion of photography books. His fascination with the photo book has further led him to found Errata Editions, an imprint which re-introduces out-of-print photography books to a new audience.
