Demand for convenience is driving the retail industry today, according to National Association of Convenience Stores Chairman Scott Hartman, who addressed attendees at the NACS Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center early this month. "Time is money, and time is really what we sell," Hartman said. And convenience is what virtually every other channel is trying to replicate, he added.
