Shinhan: South Korea's number one private bank

On the basis of its customer credibility, Shinhan Bank has taken the lead in the private banking market since the launch of its private banking business in 2002. To further upgrade its existing private banking business, 2011 witnessed the introduction of a private wealth management (PWM) business model that combined banking and securities within the Shinhan Financial Group. The bank has received plaudits at home and abroad for the provision of appropriate financial solutions that go beyond the turf boundaries of the financial sphere.
