Deutsche Bank co-CEO John Cryan has announced broad restructuring plans. These include splitting its Corporate Banking and Securities division into a division called Corporate & Investment Banking, combining corporate finance business as well as global transaction banking, while sales and trading activities will be included in a new Global Markets division. Within private banking, high-net-worth clients will be served by Private Wealth Management, an independent business unit within Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management's Private & Business Clients division. Deutsche Asset Management will become a standalone division focusing on institutional clients and the funds business. All four main business divisions will be represented on the management board -through new faces Jeff Urwin, Garth Ritchie and Quintin Price, as well as existing member Christian Sewing.
