'Kidurong Jaya': Modern Malaysian ASD tug

Malaysia's work boat industry continues to impress with the launch of 'Kidurong Jaya', a locally designed and built modern ASD tug.rnNaval Arch Marine was responsible for the design of the push/pull harbour tug which conforms with the rules and regulations of the Bureau Veritas classification society. The design features a deep-underbody with a large skeg, with the hull scalloped up at the stern to accommodate the twin thruster units. The foredeck is slightly raised to promote good seakeeping and to accommodate the vessel's forward towing winch.
