PENGUIN PUBLISHES HALF-YEARLY RESULTS, POSTS STRONG GAINS

Singapore work boat builder Penguin Shipyards has released its financial results for the first half of 2013, posting positive gains across the board. The group's revenue in the second quarter of 2013 was S$44 million (USD34.65 million), an increase of 101.5% year-on-year. For the six months ending June 2013, the group posted revenues of S$68.7 million (USD54.1 million), an increase of 81.1% .
