France's Eurosatory defense show is mostly about land-mobile forces. Not that there was a lot of land mobility to be seen in the area last week, on account of a rail strike and the consequent constipation of road traffic. Moreover, floating above the outdoor display area was a representative of the oldest technology in military aviation (see photo).
