VFW on Display

The last of its type to fly, VFW614 D-ADAM has gone on display at the Deutsches Aviation Museum in Oberschleissheim, near Munich. It was retired from test duties with the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) in 2012. Other recent additions to the museum's expanding collection include former Luftwaffe Panavia Tornado IDS 44+97, which flew in Afghanistan, and Eurofighter DA1.
