With a 50-year history and an immeasurable number of support and aid flights to several disadvantaged Caribbean island communities, Florida-based Missionary Flights International (MFI) has lived up to its motto 'Standing in the Gap'. Now with a pair of turbine-powered Douglas DC-3C-65TP aircraft, MFI has transitioned from the era of piston-powered DC-3s, using them to carry personnel, cargo and mail for church groups and families involved in aid work in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
