American flight-sharing firm Rise has unveiled plans to launch a European service. The Dallas-based all-you-can-fly operator, which offers members the opportunity to fly on private aircraft for a single monthly fee, intends to start regular non-stop services from London to various European cities including Brussels, Dublin, Edinburgh and Paris early next year.
