PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device for suppressing temperature rise of component parts with stable operation while suppressing cost, a temperature rise suppression system, a temperature rise suppression method, and a temperature rise suppression program.SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a data acquisition processing unit that is installed outdoors and acquires temperature data indicating temperature in an area in which the communication device is installed from an acquisition source of weather forecast data; a temperature data generating unit for generating temperature data indicating temperature of the communication device from the temperature data; and an operation control unit for setting an operating frequency of the communication device lower than a reference when the temperature data is equal to or higher than a reference temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
